With the Babeldat client portal, your customers always have access to the current status of their transport orders. Through this portal, they can check the progress of their orders at any time, from registration to delivery. Customers can easily monitor where their shipment is and which steps have already been completed.
In addition, Babeldat offers a comprehensive Track & Trace feature. Customers can view detailed information, including the location of their shipment and the expected delivery time. Once the shipment has been delivered, they can also view the Proof of Delivery (POD), including photos and signatures.
